Collections Management/Curatorial Committee
Responsible for collecting, cataloging, conservation/cleaning and repairing, archiving and storage of objects, books, manuscripts, newspapers, and other historical source materials and objects. Determining significance to the town/historical society of each piece

Hendricus Deyo Homestead Committee:/Museum Committee
Responsible for the planning and establishment of the Deyo House museum.
Co Chair: Charles Glasner and David Mendelson
Development Committee
Responsible for finding and writing grants, creating fundraising drives and events, securing financial and in-kind support from local businesses and individual donors
Co Chairs: Charles Glasner and Russell Gilmore
Publicity Committee
Responsible for the presence of the TOLHPS including marketing materials, and online presence
Chair: Candace Schuster
Events Committee
Responsible for obtaining and arranging suitable programs, events, and venues The committee shall set the time, place, and date of events, shall contact/coordinate program speakers, and will set up, clear and replenish refreshments.

Membership Committee
Responsible for maintaining member lists, create membership drives and events, and processing new and recurring candidates for membership.
Co Chair: Rosaria Peplow and Candace Schuster
Nominations Committee
Responsible for identifying and making nominations for officers and members of the board of trustees. The nomination committee shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees and shall consist of one officer, one trustee, and one member who is not an officer or trustee.
